Banjo Kazooie Cheats and Hints
Camera Angles
In the later worlds, you must cross narrow winding platforms, and the slightest misstep will send you into a lake of lava, or worse! Tip-toe across the platform, keeping the camera behind Banjo. When you reach a point where the path turns, press Top C to zoom in, and move the camera so the path is right in front of you. Press R and then Top C again. Banjo will be facing the right way, and you may have few mishaps this way. This also helps when you have to aim eggs at targets. However, if you're under fire, it is better just to cross your fingers and shoot from the hip.
Cheato The Spellbook
Cheato, Gruntilda's spell book, has been lost by the evil witch. Believing in finders-keepers, the book will give spells to whom ever finds him first. You usually have to be in an altered state, like an alligator, to reach Cheato. When he gives you the code words, return to Treasure Trove Cove and input them on the word puzzle inside the sand castle. Even if you already know a code word, you must find Cheato before you can activate it.
A little DK in BK
In Save File #3, you can tell by the sounds that Banjo is playing Donkey Kong Land on his GameBoy.
Unlimited Air
Pound in CHEAT, then spell out GIVETHEBEARLOTSOFAIR (Give The Bear Lots Of Air). Now you can stay underwater as long as you want! (Treasure Trove Cove->Sand Castle)
Less Damaging Fall
To take less damage from a fall, press B before hitting the ground.
99 Mumbo Tokens
To always have cash handy to transform, pound out CHEAT, then spell out DONTBEADUMBOGOSEEMUMBO (Don't Be A Dumbo Go See Mumbo). You will get 99 shiny Mumbo Tokens!
Infinite Lives
Pound out CHEAT once again, then pound in LOTSOFGOESWITHMANYBANJOS (Lots Of Goes With Many Banjos). You will never have to worry about running out of lives again!
Bottle Bonus Codes
After beating Treasure Trove Cove, go back to Banjo's House, outside Gruntilda's Lair. Once inside, look at the 'Bottles The Mole' picture and you will
go into a secret game of 'Put the Moving Puzzle Together.' Once all the pieces are fitted, congratulations! You've just accessed the first code. Go to
